Change of battery

My battery is totally flat as I haven't used it for a couple of months due to illness, if I change the battery will it affect my computers, etc. On the car. (Nissan primera, 2006, 1.8) boosting battery doesn't work.

Nope the most you will have to do is reset security system ifno manual look online for that

You may have lost some memory to secondary components such as window pressure sensors if fitted to your model, read the owners manual and there may be advice on systems that could be affected.
