First start of the day the engine has a long crank

Hi,
I need you to try something. To me, it sounds like you have fuel pressure drop-off. Basically, the fuel pressure drops low, and it takes the pump a little time to rebuild pressure. Once the pressure is re-established, it starts and then is okay until it sits for a long time.
Try this when it's cold:
1) Turn the key from off to on (engine off) and count to five.
2) Turn the key off and repeat step one three times.
3) On the fourth time, see if it starts normally.
Let me know what you find.
