Center console keeps resetting every 15/20 seconds

The audio system and screen keeps resetting in a loop every 15ish seconds. I’ve read online that it might need a software update which I’ve tried to do but am unable as the system resets too quickly.

Unfortunately, this is most always the radio itself. What happens is they get stuck in a loop and require replacement in most cases.

However, there are chances that the dealer could go in and reset this and perform the flash. However, I would prepare for needing to replace the radio.
