Hello,

The doors are locked and unlocked by the central locking button under the hazard lights. The battery of the remote key has been changed, but it still does not work. I tried the remote key and it turned out that pressing each of the three buttons (to unlock, lock and unlock the boot), the start stop button lights up. There is also a slight sound in front. Any ideas?

Hello,

It sounds like the general module is out. To be sure lets check the electrical connector for corrosion. Here is the location and the wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

It shows as being under the left side of the dash. Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response.
