Central locking has just stopped working

I have changed the battery in the key and still nothing. I’ve tried sitting in the car and pressing the key direct and the internal light and nothing. The internal lock work and I can lock the doors with the key. Also my hazard lights won’t turn off. I brought a new switch and still it still won’t turn off and had to jam with with a piece of cardboard. Please help!
