central lock

Hi
My car lock does not work even with replace battery with new one.
Also, I have only one remote.

Well the first thing to do would be to test the remote. Some auto parts stores have a device that will at least tell you if the remote is putting out a signal. Next would be to visit a dealer or a good shop and see if they have a similar device. They could also connect a scan tool to the vehicle and tell if it was actually receiving the signal. After that it is basically get a new remote or two and have it programmed to the vehicle.
