Neutral light on and the loss of power?

So, I have the Lancer Cedia yea same 4g15 engine and transmission I have the problem but I thought was the input shaft speed sensor make the neutral light on and the loss of power and low RPMs, but I scanned it and there were 3 codes.

Both of these codes can cause the problem, why is one of the codes blocked out? The top code air temperature sensor will be less of an issue but still needs to be fixed, did all of these codes come up at once? If so, it sounds like the PCM is going bad. To be sure clear the codes and then turn the engine system on without starting the engine to see what codes come up. Please let me know.

None comes up back after clearing it.

The air flow sensor is blocked out because the technician pulled out the air flow and then scan it.

Gotcha. I would drive it a short period and then scan it again. The idea is to change the apart for the code that comes up first because the problem can trigger other false codes. This way we do not replace parts that don't need it.

Most of the time when this happens the throttle bore is dirty or needs replacement. Here is a guide to help to see if it makes a difference:
