Everything was fine, needed to replace bushing on lower strut. When reinstalled I get a fault code for open circuit and suspension is firm. I have checked wires and plugs, removed and repositioned strut, used a scan tool with Jag software to erase code in the adaptive dampening (yellow light goes off for 2 seconds and comes right back on.

There must be a wiring or connection problem in the system, I would double check the connector at the left to see if it is okay, also this guide can help you test the connection with the wiring diagrams below for the system to show you what to test and how the system works:

Check the connection between the front damper solenoid and the suspension controller. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

I unplugged both front strut connectors, resistance tested the good side (5.9ohm) then tested the bad side (nothing at all, no connection) guess I found the open circuit! Just ordered a new strut. Thank you very much!
