Catalytic converter honeycomb

Can my car still be driven even though the honeycomb has broken apart inside the catalytic converter?

Good morning,

Yes, but at some point, the broken pieces may clog up the outlet of the converter and will shut the engine off.

I would replace it as soon as you can.
