If i'm not mistaken there are 8 codes that need to be" ready" on the OBD, before they actually hook up to the smog machine. Now i know their allowed one "not ready " code
out those codes ,however it can't be the catalyst. i hope u understand my ? better . thank you for your time..

I just took of the catalytic converter it seems to be okay inside has no smell to it nothing's broken inside it's all intact however there were two exhaust bolts loose on it and one of the sensors that were screwed into the catalytic converter was very very loose so I'm not sure if that's going to make a difference why it wouldn't be ready the sensor being loose in those bolts being loose putting it back together now when I'm finished I'll see what happens I'll let you guys know thanks

The loose sensor can make a difference, up stream exhaust leaks will affect the cat readings, this may be all you need to do to fix the problem.
