I have codes P0420 and P0420 P/D. I replaced the converter about three months ago and its starting to cause the light to come on again. Where would I start to trouble shoot the problem? The old catalyst is not clogged up completely on any part of the catalytic converter or broken any where.

looking at the catalytic converter is really not a good way of seeing whether they are bad or not. check for air leaks /maybe a bad O2 sensor, or a O2 sensor that was replaced but is not really a good sensor.
