Hi,
If the starter is charged and good and the starter is good, either you have a bad connection or the new starter is bad. First, is it possible for you to record and upload the noise it makes so I can hear it? Also, what happens if you jump start it?
A clicking sound is usually the result of a weak battery, but you say it is new. However, I would still load test it to confirm it is good.
First, check the battery terminals and confirm they are clean and tight.
Second, make sure nothing is loose at the starter.
Third, load test the battery
If everything above passes, then you will need to check the starter.
