Car stalling, and the A/C does not work?

Originally the alternator was going bad. I replaced the alternator with a new one. Went to crank the vehicle and it hesitates to turn over but does. While running the A/C doesn't work and stalls after 3 RPMs.

So, we take care of one problem per question, so please repost the engine stalling issue. When you turn the A/C on does the A/C compressor clutch engage? If not, you could be low on refrigerant, I would check the ASC fuses and the level of refrigerant as well. These guides can help us fix the problem:
