My car just clicks and won't start and I replace the starter but when I try and start it just clicks and makes some wissleing noise

It may be a bad starter drive have the starter checked at auto parts. I am assuming the starter motor is running. If not then try a security system reset which would be another key on your car.

Check to be sure the battery is fully charged first. Then check the battery cable connections and where they connect to the engine and body as well as the power center under the hood. A bad connection will cause the starter to just click as it won't pass enough current to engage the solenoid and spin the starter.
