If it ran before carb overhaul then recheck all your work and measurements it can be dirt in needle and seat and or accelerator pump not adjusted correctly or choke not working

It started for a several seconds this morning. The needle seats were leaking gas so I replaced them. Now the engine isn't turning over.

Check fuses and if you have one a starter relay and check battery for condition including load test. If you hear a clunk when you try to turn engine over hit body of starter with a hammer if it starts you need a new starter.

I just blew them out with compressed air. I had to repeat this process 2x. I decided to go with the older gasket because is was still in good shape, lots of little things in there.
