I have a C1500 truck and I want to change the throttle body out and put a carburetor intake on it. should I put a four barrel or two barrel carburetor on it to increase the power?

You should not put either. That is a very bad idea. There is no logical reason to ever do that. That is a computer controlled system and the throttle body is an integral part of the system. TBI systems are the most reliable systems ever made. Find the actual problem and fix it right.

I will also mention that it is against Federal law to do that with fines up to $25,000.
