I put in a new fuel pump. Checked the line all the way up to carburetor (4 barrel 650 holly). Pressure gauge on fuel regulator shows some pressure and tank return seems to be working. I took the line off and blew into carburetor but couldn't get through. Put air into line and it comes up through the top. Starts when I out gas directly into carburetor. But pumping does nothing. Electric fuel pump. Was sitting for a few months and started fine and ran till fuel pump went out. Two weeks ago. Picture is new regulators.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

If you disconnect the fuel line at the carburetor, and are not able to blow pressure into the carburetor chances are the needle is stuck closed. You're not getting fuel into the float bowl.

You need to remove the needle and seat and check it for dirt. It may need replaced also.

Let me know,
Joe
