Engine will not crank, the fuel pump does not turn on?

Okay, so the fuel pump won't kick on and also i put a diagnostic scanner to the car and it won't turn one either.

So when you say the engine will not crank over do you mean like it has a dead battery? I would go over this video to help us see what's going on, I need more information to help you.
