Car will not turn over

Car wasn't always starting right away. Replaced battery now makes beeping noise, lights flash, and it wont crank over.

Good afternoon,

Check all your connections at the battery.

Assuming the new battery is good, the cables may be corroded as it sounds like low voltage is your issue.
