The vehicle has been sitting in the garage for the past few years, used to work fine.

Recently turned on the car, but when it comes time to turn it off it continues to run. I can take the key out, but the engine continues to run indefinitely, and everything continues to work inside (lights, signals etc.).

Was wondering if anyone could chime in and give me a clue as to where to start looking for the problem (don't know much about cars).

2. Disconnect battery ground cable.
3. Remove steering wheel as outlined in Steering Wheel, then remove steering column covers.
4. Disconnect electrical connectors from ignition switch.
5. Disconnect ignition switch connector and remove attaching screw.

Do you know any places/websites where I can buy a new ignition switch? The only one I know is Atkin Rotary.
