Code p2009, will not stay running?

The car starts but will only stay running with my foot on the gas. I pulled the codes got p2009. I replaced the runner solenoids, checked vacuum hose,s and replace MAP sensor. I can't seem to keep it running still.

This code comes up if the intake runner is stuck closed as well which can happen when the inside of the intake manifold gets gummed up.

P2009: Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit Low Bank 1

You might want to try moving the intake runner control by hand to see if it changes anything. If it won't move, you are going to need to remove the intake manifold for cleaning/inspection. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.
