My vehicle won't attempt to start, it doesn't even attempt to turn over. I have power to all my lights and radio. So far I have replaced the battery, the battery terminal connectors, the ignition switch, and the starter. After all those replacements my car is still having the issue.

The best suspect is the transmission range sensor. First, try shifting gears a few times, then try cranking the engine in "park', then in "neutral".

Next, look for the starter relay on the inner fender near the battery. Unplug the tan / red wire, then use a test light to check for voltage on that wire's terminal. You should find 12 volts when a helper turns the ignition switch to "crank". If you don't find that, suspect the range sensor.

Here's a link to an article about using a test light, if you need it:

You can use a digital voltmeter too, but for this type of problem, they can easily give false readings that will confuse the diagnosis. The test light can be more accurate.
