Car will not start or crank

Put the key in the ignition and turned it to where the engine isn't running but all lights come on radio ect.
The lights radio do not come on but i can get airflow and the door dings when open and the dash doesn't light up only briefly and it just displays time and mileage.

Are you sure the battery is fully charged? Are the battery terminals clean and tight? Take a look through this link and see if it helps:
