Engine does not crank over after replacing the battery, starter and alternator?

My car won't crank over on its own, but it will with a boost. I have replaced the battery, starter, alternator, and serpentine belt. This all started because my battery light would come on after starting the car and then go off after driving it for a while. The battery light is still doing the same thing.

When the engine is running does the alternator charge the battery? This guide can tell you for sure:

If it is not charging, can you check the IGN1 fuse (10 amp) in the fuse panel inside the car, here is a guide to help and i have included the fuse location in the images below:
