Car will not start after pressure washing my engine bay?

I washed the engine bay and now it will not start. I left the hood up for a day and nothing, slight crank but that is it.

It sounds like you got water inside of the computer wiring connectors, please remove them from the PCM and ignition coils and injectors and let them dry overnight. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

Still didn’t do anything else after I let the wires dry out. Planning on taking out and getting the alternator tested at AutoZone, it’s what everyone is telling me to do plus the battery.

Does the engine crank over? If so, it is not the battery or alternator.
