Car will not start

When I put the key in and turn all the lights on the dash come on but when I turn the key it makes a high pitched whirring sound.

Good morning,

This sounds like the starter motor may be the issue not engaging the engine flywheel.

Can you upload a video of the noise so I can hear it?
