Hi,
The first thing we need to do is check if the engine is getting spark and fuel so we determine which components to start with.
First, make sure none of the wiring was left disconnected. There is a crankshaft position sensor on the side of the engine toward the rear. Make sure the wiring to it wasn't damaged or disconnected. (see pic 1 for location)

If that doesn't help, I need you to confirm there is spark to the plugs and fuel pressure. Here are two links that explain how to check:

Let me know what you find or if you need help. Also, see if it starts for a couple seconds using starting fluid. If it does, then we can assume there is a fuel related issue. If it still doesn't even try, then it is most likely ignition related.
