Car will not start. Put a new fuel pump on it

Car will not start. Put a new fuel pump on it, a new coil, a new distributor cap on it and a button. Battery good, starter good. Car turns over and wants to start.

It could be a timing chain issue. We can confirm by taking a compression reading.
