Car will not start

Yesterday I noticed that my lights weren't working so I pulled over to check my fuses. When i was done replacing the ones that needed replaced and tried to start my car again, it wouldnt start.

Okay, so can I have you recheck fuse #1 in the Power Distribution Center located on the driver's side of the engine compartment, just behind the battery. I have included for you in the diagrams down below your vehicle's Starting Circuit Wiring Diagram, Power Distribution Center location and detailed diagram, including highlighting of what to check. Please check this fuse and get back to us with what you are able to find out, please. We can go from there.
