The neutral safety lights and check light don't come on, there is no power in the EFI number two fuse, when power is passed to the EFI number two fuse check illuminates, but neutral safety lights won't come on, cranks but won't start.

I don't see an EFI #2 fuse, there is an EFI #1 fuse though. Also, what do you mean by neutral safety light? The lights for the gear selection? Here are the power distribution diagrams so you can see how the fuses work and go to.

This guide can help you check the fuses:

It sounds like it might be the EFI relay that is out which is common here is the location and a guide so you can check it out. The EFI location in the fuse panel under the hood.

Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

I checked the EFI relay to see there was no ignition power, I traced the wire and saw that the ECU was not properly plugged, I fixed it and it starts and runs fine. Thanks for your help I really appreciate it.
