It does fire off on a couple of cylinders. So, it could be a fuel pressure, ignition, or compression issue. Did it start this all at once? Were there any indications of a problem prior to this point? Was the check engine light staying on prior to the no-start?
Before I send you different tests, I think we should pull the spark plugs to see their conditions. In reality, the manufacturer recommends replacing them at 100K miles, but you may have a couple that failed.
I need to know the engine size or the 8th digit of the VIN so I can get you the correct procedure.
