Good morning,

You need fuel pressure, spark and compression for it to start.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-cranks-but-wont-start

Did you check any of these?

Crank the engine and see if the tachometer moves up a little showing RPM. That will tell me if the crank sensor is sending a signal.

Can you hear the fuel pump run with the key on?

Also, check the compression to be sure the valve timing has not changed.

Am getting approximately 9.6 v from the injector connectors, am also getting codes about throttle/pedal; p0123 throttle/pedal position sensor/ switch A/B high, p2119 throttle actuator control throttle body range performance etc. Is the voltage supply to the injectors not supposed to be battery voltage?

Correct.

What is your battery voltage?

The voltage is low for the injectors. I would verify the connections and test the battery.

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/car-battery-load-test

The 123 is for the throttle actuator as well. check the connections to the throttle body for any damage.

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view of the actuator system. You will need a scan tool to monitor the operation of the throttle.

In most cases, the throttle assembly is the issue.

I guess all the throttle codes came up as a result of the manifold removed with and d TPS disconnected, but I noticed that all lights on the dashboard go out with the exception of the battery light when trying to start the engine. Please what could cause this? The battery is new and it cranks.

If the engine is not running or if it is cranking, the battery light will be on as it is not charging the battery.

That will not cause the no start issue.

What are the results of the checks I suggested?
