car will not start

My car will not start. We just replaced the battery and a brand-new new starter was put on two weeks ago. When I try to start it it clicks once and does not try to do anything.

Check all the battery and starter connections, do not just look at them, tug on them and make sure the cables are good, the GM cables have a bad habit of getting acid in the wires at the battery end, the cables look fine but are actually junk.
