Clicking noise in fuse box under hood. Key fob won't unlock door.

More than likely the clicking noise is a relay that is either shorted or there is a weak battery.

Do you have any other issues like a slow crank or clicking when trying to start the engine?

It would be a good idea to get the battery tested and just make sure it passes.

Then we will need to access the fuse boxes and tough your finger to the relays and feel which one is clicking.
