Hi,
There could be a number of things causing this. First, have you checked the battery itself? That is where you need to start. Take a look through this link and let me know the results:

Also, if the battery is good, see if it starts if you place it in neutral.
Next, check the starter fuse and relay in the under hood fuse box. See pic below for locations. As far as the relay, if there is another one that has the same part number, switch them to see if it makes a difference. If there isn't here is a link that shows how to test a relay. Check the fuse as well. Make sure there is power both to and from it.
