Starter not engaging flywheel. I put a new starter on, I replaced flywheel and clutch. But still the starter just spins and won't engage the flywheel. What else could it be?

I have seen where the starter Bendix gear is too small do you still have the old starter can we count the number of teeth on both units? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so we can see what's going on? That would be great. You can upload it here with your response. Can I hear the starter working please?
