Car won’t start

Recent my Chevy Malibu brakes locked on me, I had to change my vacuum pump and I bought a new battery because my car would not start, but after putting new battery in my car still won’t start it cranks but doesn’t start I don’t know what’s going on

Hi:

When you have a crank no start condition, most commonly, it is either a loss of fuel or ignition spark.

Try this. See if it starts if you use starting fluid. If it does and then stalls, we will know it is a fuel related issue. If there is no change, I need you to check for ignition spark.
