When you turn the key to the crank position does the security light flash? If so, here is a guide to help you reset the system:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-reset-a-security-system

If not try to put the car in neutral and start it, if it cranks over the gear range sensor is bad. If not, we need to check the starter motor which is not too bad to do. Use a test light and have a helper turn the ignition key to crank while you have a test light on the starter trigger wire, if the test light illuminates the starter is bad and needs to be replaced. Here is a guide to help you and I have included the starter location and replacement instructions in the diagrams below:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/starter-not-working-repair

The trigger wire is the smaller of the two wires going to the starter. Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what you find.

The dash lights come on, the radio comes on, the car just won't start. We unhooked the battery and hooked it back and now it won't start. The car listed above is 4wd.

I know you say the battery is good but, it could be the battery is just bad, it will still light the lights, but it might not have enough amps to start the engine. I would turn the headlights on for 15 minutes to see if they stay bright, if they are dim or if they go out, I would replace the battery. This guide can help, and I have given you how to change the battery out in the diagrams below. Do you have a security light flashing?

Check out the diagrams (below). Please let us know what happens.
