If the starter is engaging and turning the engine, chances are it is either an ignition spark issue or it is not getting fuel. I am going to attach four links that I want you to follow. The links discuss in general how to check fuel pressure, spark, and injectors. The first link will discuss general components to check when a vehicle will not start.

Here are specific directions for your vehicle to check fuel pressure. The manufacturer's specs are listed in the directions. Also, the two attached pictures correlate with these directions.
CHECK FUEL PRESSURE
a. Prepare a new fuel tube.
b. Cut the protector of the new fuel tube. DO NOT cut the fuel tube connector.
c. Tear the protector and remove the fuel tube connector.
d. Discharge the fuel pressure
e. Disconnect the fuel tube.
f. Install SST and the fuel tube connector that was removed form the new fuel tube.
g. Allow the engine to idle.
h. Measure the fuel pressure with SST.
Standard: 304 to 343 kPa (3.1 to 3.5 kgf/sq.cm, 44 to 50 psi)
