After changing gear shifter car will not start

Changed my gear shifter and the cable now my car will not start. Can you help?

You need to verify the adjustment is correct? If you put it in park, indicator needs to be in park, and if you put it in drive, indicator must show drive as well.

It sounds like you may have knocked the gear selector position switch connector off. Can you please double check it. Also here is a wiring diagrams showing the circuit. Here are some guides that will help you as well
