Car will not start?

Hi, my water pump went out recently, we replaced it with a new one, bought a new battery as well, then suddenly bought a new starter and installed that as well. The car won't start though. It can possibly be a fuse but i do not know cars much and will need help finding out exactly what the problem is, If you guys can help me out that'll be great!

Hi,

When you try starting the engine, does the starter motor engage and the engine simply won't start or does nothing happen at all?
