Hello, in this case I would start with checking for any blown fuses to begin with. If you don't find any fuse issues, and they all have power when they should, next you would need to test for power at the starter motor. It sounds like some sections of the vehicle are powering up if you have lights on the dash and instrument Cluster. There could be any number of issues causing a no crank situation. When you turn the key to the on position, not crank, do you see a Check Engine light (or MIL) come on? Also do you see any security light stay on or flashing when trying to start the engine? These are just things to look for at first, if these things are ok, check all the fuses, and power at the Starter Motor, there are some guides below to help. But it requires testing to determine what the fault may be, we can't guess with any faults. There are guides below for using a test light and a multimeter.
