Car stalled out on me a couple times last week. I replaced the TPS sensor and removed and cleaned the 02 sensor and it acted like one of those fixed the problem because it drove perfect no problems. Until last night; I was on the hwy and I felt the rpm's drop like it was loosing power and slowly but surely it did. It was surging burst of a little power in between rpm's dropping to get me off the hwy then quit running as I was pulling into gas station. Haven't been able to get it running since for the most part it will just crank but every once in a while it will start the die a second or two later. Does not seem to matter if I'm hitting the gas or not and no engine codes are showing on scanner, which is weird. Which one sounds more likely as I don't have much money to replace anything or rent gauges. Also have replaced all components on the fuel system and throttle body within past 6 months, but I did get used. I'm thinking either TPS, 02 sensor, catalytic converter, or fuel filter. I'd like another opinion on which is most likely. Thanks.

Hello, so sorry to hear about your issue. I think the first place to start is a fuel pressure test, considering the car attempts to run. You may find the fuel pump is just too weak at this point to supply the correct pressure and volume. Since there's no check engine light yet, it's most likely not a sensor.

Here is a quick guide to help with checking and understanding fuel pressure:
