Car will not reverse

My car listed above XE model, wont reverse. ABS and traction service light was on, so I ran a computer chip in my car and there was a shortage on my ABS and traction. I got that fixed but my car still won't reverse, and the computer chip doesn't throw any codes it says everything is good now.
What is wrong with the car?

When you say you had a computer chip, I assume you mean that you used a scan tool to check for codes?

If that is correct and you have no codes but no reverse, then we need to start with checking for proper fluid level and condition.

Once we know the fluid is the correct level then we will need to check the pressure when in drive and in reverse.

I am attaching the test port below which will be needed in order to find out the pressure.

Let's run through this and let me know what you find.
