Good morning,

Are you sure the brakes are not locked up? check your handbrake and make sure it is fully released. Does it move in reverse?

Beyond that, have you checked the fluid? When was the last time the fluid and filter was changed in the transmission?

I have been told the transmission is completely done that is why it will not move.

Okay, got the video. thanks.

The only thing you can try is changing the oil/filter in the transmission. beyond that it will be an internal failure requiring a rebuilt or used unit to replace.
