If the anti-theft light is not on, then most likely it is not related to the system. With that in mind, you mentioned it is not getting fuel. Have you checked the basics, fuses and relays?
First, check the fuel pump fuse as well as all ignition fuses under the hood in the power distribution box. I attached a picture of the fuse box and fuse allocation.

If the fuses are good, switch the fuel pump relay (Number 18) with another relay in the box that has the same part number. The relay is in the same fuse box under the hood. See if that makes a difference.

Start with that. Also, when you first turn the key from off to on, listen for the fuel pump to turn on for a couple seconds.
