Car will not go into drive. I changed transmission dual solenoid still no fix. Is it fixable or do I need a new transmission? When I turn the key the park light and drive light illuminates.

You could have a shift solenoid, but can I ask if you have the CVT transmission? If so, I would check the fluid condition and if it is burnt the transmission is bad and you will need another unit. This is a common problem with the CVT transmissions, I would run the codes as well.

Here is a guide to help you:

Please let me know which codes are stored so I can help you fix it.

Sounds good, these transmission have a history of burning up the main drive belt. That is why if the fluid smells burnt this can be an indication of that.
