I went inside the store came out and my car wouldn’t start. I can turn the key and all dashboard lights coming on but won’t turn to crank. What could it be? I had a new battery installed a new starter. I checked the fuses. Please help.

Hi,

First, see if it will start if you have the transmission in neutral. If that doesn't change things, I need you to check fuse 9 in the under hood power distribution box. In addition to checking the fuse, I need you to confirm there is power to and from it. Here is a link you may find helpful:

If the fuse checks good and there is power to and from it, I need you to check the starter relay. It is in the same box. If there is a different relay having the same part number, switch them to see if it changes things. Or, here is a link that shows how to test a relay:

If the fuse is good and the relay, I need you to check for power at the starter itself. Here is a link that explains what to do:

I attached two pics below. The first is the starter schematic and the second shows the locations of the relay and the fuse.

Do these checks and let me know what you find.

Take care,
Joe
