Car will not crank

My car will not crank, but if I move the car by pushing or down a slope even few inches it starts. My concern is, if I get go somewhere and it will not start at all and I get stuck. I had the starter replaced with a another used starter but even that did not help. Any suggestions?

it may be a security system problem if battery was disconnected they do that late sometimes. See link for reset.
