Okay, so we are turning the car listed above into a dirt track car. When we eliminated the driver side airbag now the car wont crank. Is there any way to bypass so the car will run?

Hello, I'm Danny.

I've attached a picture of the airbag/restraint wiring diagram. I posted the diagram in 2 pictures to make larger by cutting in half. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Removal of the airbag shouldn't cause it not to start. Was there anything other that was done? Also, is the starter engaging?

Let me know.

When you removed the airbag, did you have anything apart on the steering column? Was the battery disconnected when you did this? Also, do all other electrical components work? Also, check to make sure the ignition switch plug wasn't loosened, damaged, or disconnected. See picture 1.

Let me know.
